d. Providing adequate resources and support to implement health and safety measures.

e. Regularly reviewing and updating the Health and Safety Policy.

f. Promoting a positive safety culture and fostering employee engagement in health and safety matters.

g. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives.

h. Investigating incidents and taking appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  

Employee Responsibilities

a. Complying with all health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

b. Following safe work practices and reporting any hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly.

d. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintaining it in good condition.

e. Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment by engaging in open communication and providing feedback on health and safety matters.

 

Hazard Identification, Assessment, and Control

Seeit is committed to proactively identifying hazards, assessing associated risks, and implementing control measures to eliminate or minimise risks to health and safety. This includes:

a. Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments of workplaces, equipment, and processes.

b. Establishing procedures for reporting and investigating incidents, near misses, and hazards.

c. Implementing appropriate control measures to eliminate or reduce identified risks.

d. Providing training and information to employees regarding hazard identification and control.
