Artwork Supply Information (Signs)

If you are supplying your own artwork, we recommend the following artwork guidelines and instructions to ensure efficient production and quality prints.

File Specifications - Sublimation

1. Preferred files to be supplied in high resolution format PDF EPS or Corel Draw (CDR)
2. Other options may include raster art - Tiffs, JPEGS - however these are less desirable as the quality could be compromised.
3. All fonts need to be embedded or converted to paths or curves.
4. All gradients and transparencies must be rasterised/converted to bitmap.
5. Files supplied as CMYK.
6. Files to be supplied at full size (100%) at 300dpi.
7. A colour hard copy or JPG proof must be included with all digital media (disk,ftp,email), stating final size and specify PMS colours. Colour matching is as close as possible to our proof and/or PMS colours. (Fabric colour charts can be supplied). Please note that fabric media may print at different saturation levels to other print media.
8. Templates are available for Hercules, Windvanes, Street Flags, Pull Up Displays, Ad-Walls, Vela, Volans, Pavo 1.3 and Pop Up Displays. Please email us. Where a template is not applicable, please refer to the Sewing Specifications.
9. Alterations to artwork supplied and artwork creation are charged out at $95 plus GST per hour.
10. A fabric proof is available upon request. There may be a minimal charge. Please also note that this may increase lead time. An electronic proof can also be supplied upon request.
11. IMPORTANT - Please remember what is sent is what we produce! Final production quality is only as good as the artwork provided.
